While admittedly a bit random in my opinion, the film was still a good watch, very fun and did give us some expanded backstory on Sky(not to mention character development which I really liked) especially the rather cute moment where Ryder yelled sky the icon “no pup is too small” line was actually inspired by her. The animation is also of great quality. Though I must admit I prefer the first film purely for the fact this one just felt a bit random but if you want to watch it you won’t regret it. I watched both on the plane to canada
