This is the 1940 film short* "The Outline of Jitterbug History" featuring Stan Kenton and His Orchestra and dancing by "Whitey's Lindy Hoppes" from the Savoy Ballroom of Harlem, NYC. Dancers featured are same ones as in the film "Hellzapoppin."

Dancers in order are: William Downes with Mickey Jones, Norma Miller with Billy Ricker , Willamae Ricker with Al Minns, and Frankie Manning with Ann Johnson.
