Why You should be done with AAA Games

I can follow your points. I think at this point we are all tired on the same page. The only ones who didn’t understand are those up there trying to milk us.

I don't need this video to be done with AAA games. Unless it's from a developer with a proven track record like Fromsoft, I just assume it's more broken trash thrown out the door with 1 billion microtransions, season passes, and about 5 min of fun game play. It just sucks all the fun out of a game when it's clear that the only reason why it exist is to just make people pay as much for cosmetics and upgrades before they quit.

I totally agree with your video, down with the big, corporate entity, gaming companies. Let’s go back in time to the mom and Pop shops/gaming companies in the games and smaller companies are the way to go to get quality people who actually care about what they’re creating.

I missed your videos man! Truly I know what you mean about the industry, it has gotten so bad that if a game is produced, and at this point even published by the vast majority of AAA studios, I just move on and don't give it a second thought. Cities Skylines II made by a very respectable and proven developer was total trash because of who their publisher was. Just another in a long line of many failures of games that "should be good" simply because of greed. Its pathetic and disgraceful. I will say this is generalizing very much. There are games like Multiversus (the game does not get as much credit as it deserves) and stuff where the devs generally care about the game. The devs even have listened and are adding characters that people want and adding adjustments because of this. Palworld is also a good start in development and I think they are getting somewhere with that too. I think there are some games that are very good that the devs care abour from AAA companies that a video like this is disrespectful to cuz it's too general.
