I lost one of my legs after surgery and can no longer go up my favorite mountain. Thank you for taking me back again.
  • Peddling my mini bicycle, enjoying the music & scenery. A 72yrs old trying to keep fit during the lockdown, lovely & well done.

What a wonderful run! Don't have a treadmil, so I managed with running in place in my living room and I had a blast! Every time there was a puddle, or a bridge, or a woodden path or a rock on the way I would raise my knees a bit more. Thank you for this! It's such a lovely landscape with the river, the mountains, the snow, the rabbits, the wind blowing through the bushes and that big bird in the middle of the way!๐Ÿ˜„ Those bridges had a 20 person limit, but you just carried thousands with you โค๏ธ

Iโ€™m glad I found this! 23 year old former athlete ๐Ÿ˜ข I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia and orthostatic intolerance- went downhill very suddenly. Iโ€™ve been bed ridden for 3 months because my HR goes crazy high. Iโ€™ve missed working out and going out for walks soooo badly and I just walked in place to your video โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™ Doing what I can, thank you!

Went for a five mile jog on my treadmill while enjoying the scenery. Thank you for posting this! I find it hard to stay motivated while jogging but this really helped.
  • Love this one. Iโ€™m in Brighton England and suffer so badly with my mental illness that at times it stops me running outdoor for weeks at a time. On my treadmill and I found myself loving your epic country. I was so engrossed I was saying hi to the walkers and thanking for them dodging out of the way. Now that is nuts!!!! Thanks for helping. Salute to NZ.

  • I don't have a treadmill so I just jogged on the spot to this for four minutes (just getting back into exercise so taking it easy!) I had a sweat up by the end but the four minutes flew by with this amazing video. Love it. Thank you. I'll try for 8 minutes tomorrow :-)
