New run for a new category. Current Any% category starts by selecting Chapter 1 select instead of the [Reset Progress?] option, which makes it that the game state of the previous run affects the current one - that's what makes the 3x3 strategy possible and opens door to various other game state manipulation. This category takes away the possibility to setup state manipulation and thus makes the run bit more straightforward and fair.
