how are you using Ryzen Master with a 5800x3d? Mine won't let me, says that CPU is blocked from overclocking or something like that! (I have a 5800x3d and a 4090 also)

rtx 1650 4gb, 8gb ram, i5 9th, ssd, game run all slow on 70-80 fps, its amazing, on mwII it used to run on 40 fps, i think ima going to buy this cod aswell

I still can't figure out why it's absolute sh*t for me. I recently upgraded to a 5800x3d and upgraded my 3060 to a rx 6800 xt and MW is absolutely unplayable. I haven't tried playing in over 6 months but when I did it ran fine. Also all my other games have no issues at all. I even put back my 3060 to see if it was the GPU but still ran like sh*t. Anyone else have this issue?

I have terrible performance on Ground War on a 7700x + 4080 but I have 4800mhz CL40 ram, I get around 130-150fps at best. Is it strictly because of the RAM or is it my CPU? I get around 35-50% GPU usage on 1080p/1440p low. If you have any tips, let me know please ty
