Thank you so much for using a dark background for your video! I am sure many people are tired of turning on a video and having their LCD screens Light Up full blast with the white backgrounds, straining the eyes and wearing down the device battery much faster. Aside from the nice presentation, the video as well done. Thank you
  • Oh my this is so accurate of my symptoms, the faint headaches at random, I get confusion sometimes, and just want to stay in bed. I do suffer from anxiety and stress. One moment I'm fine, one moment I may be on the toilet 6 or more times. Sometimes diarrhea and sometimes constipation. It ruins my lifešŸ˜„
  • This is exactly what i have needed. My bowels are exploding and i had to confirm. Thanks so much and wish everyone the nicest most plentiful bowels.

This video is really pushing me to see a doctor myself, for as long as I can remember Iā€™ve always had stomach issues and pains, and a lot of these points are registering with me.

This explains alot about my symptoms. Altho i don't have the diarrhoea symptoms i get a lot of pain and bananas trigger me a lot more. Running can make it worse and especially in the mornings it gets bad and i start work early in the morning. This video has been super helpful and it explains why i can always feel my stomach and bowels.

I have this. For sure. 35yrs of pain. Thanks Iā€™m going to the doc.
  • I went to my GP, he told me I need to go see a specialist. That alone will cost me, so going to my doctor basically was no help.

Such a fantastic video and detailed advice. Diagnosis is critical to successful treatment. So many folk self diagnose and believe it's IBS and then try tackling their condition as IBS....But actually it could be IBD, Crohn's, Ceoliac disease, bowel cancer to name a few. All of which require a unique and different approach and subsequent treatments. Thanks for sharing, the awareness of IBS and gut health needs spreading.

I hate having IBS. Literally can be totally fine one day, couple weeks even. Then suddenly I have what I call an avalanche. Thereā€™s no warning. I can eat the same exact meals and portions one day and be fine, yet the next time Iā€™m a horrible mess with multiple episodes. Iā€™ll never know when itā€™s coming, nor for how long. The pain I feel while trying to get it over with is awful! Dealing with this for most of my life has been nothing short of a nightmare.šŸ˜¢

I was perfect until 2019. And it flared form work stress and got worse. Coffee is no good. And the pain can last for hours days on end.

I wish he was my doctor. Thanks for the info!
  • @Endermanator
I'm convinced I have this. I feel sick in my lower stomach after I eat every time.
  • i suffer from IBS and when i have the sudden urge to want to go for a poo i need to go straight away as i have no muscle strength to hold it all in. And trying to hold it all in causes me great pain. It's horrible to have to live with it. And i really hope that no one else gets it...
