Some might say he looks young. He looks 50 to me. I'm guessing here as I didn't create an account to look at his entire online profile but he may be Cambodian and came to the United States as a child with the so-called Laotian " boat people " as thousands fled Phnom Pen ( Kampuchea ) Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge sometime between 1975 and 1992.
