How to insulate your Vauxhall Vivaro van conversion

In this video, I show you how I've insulated my Vauxhall Vivaro van to be ready for van life. I'm using a 3 part system in my van, starting with Kiravans Thermo Acoustic foam, then recycled bottle insulation followed by felt lining. In this video, I show the Thermo-acoustic foam and insulation process.

Using my GoPro I show a first-person perspective of what this build entails. This section took me a little over one day as I ran out of insulation. But, a short B&Q trip later and I had everything I needed.
