Lyrics:
I was lying on the grass on Sunday morning of last week
Indulging in my self defeat
My mind was thugged all laced and bugged all twisted wrong and beat
A comfortable three feet deep
Now the fuzzy stare from not being there on a confusing morning week
Impaired my tribal lunar speak
And of course you can't become if you only say what you would have done
So I missed a million miles of fun
I know it's up for me
If you steal my sunshine
Making sure I'm not in too deep
If you steal my sunshine
Keeping versed and on my feet
If you steal my sunshine

Born in 78. The 90’s and early 2000’s were great. No cellphones all over the place. No social media. You would just roll up to someone’s house to see if they were there. I wish I knew then, how special those times were.
-
Born in 82, graduated in 2000. Long live the 90’s music era ❤️ can’t steal our sunshine!
-
53 yrs old, and a metalhead for most of my life. I hate how much I love this song.
-
Do i miss the 90s and early 2000s... Endless nights out with friends, smiles, fun, no worries, no social media, no cellphones.

The story behind this music video is amazing. So these guys went knowing that they were one hit wonders at best. So they took all the funding for the video and convinced the producers to pretty much pay for their vacation and they just filmed the trip lmao. Brilliant overall.
-
The song that echoes the end of the amazing 90's. A song so good it sounds fresh many years later
-
Born in 74, still listening to this in 24. The 70's and 80's were awesome, but the 90's was a great decade for music as well. Great memories.

I would be seriously wary about trusting anybody that doesn't like this song. Don't care what you're into, this song is for everyone.

My mom just passed from cancer and this was the first thing she asked me to look up on YouTube when it was in its infancy. She wanted me to find this song because when I was little and it came on the radio I guess it was my favorite song. She just wanted to hear the song that put a smile on her face when watching me as a kid. ❤ Miss her alot. Edit: Thank you to all who took the time to read and leave a comment. It all means a lot to me. Bless you all.

The only problem with the 90's was it didn't last long enough.❤😢

People talk about copying and stuff but you'll never be able to replicate their unique voices and how well they go together
-
Ugh. This song is so bitter sweet. It was the end of a beautiful time. Who could have possibly imagined what was about to happen. Long live the good ole days
-
The 1990's was the calm before the storm. We didn't know how good we had it.
-
If you're going to be a one-hit-wonder, make it a hit like this.
-
This song reminds me of the old saying, “you don’t know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory”.
-
If you weren't there in the 90's, you missed a million miles of fun.
-
If you didn't get to experience the 90s, you missed a million miles of fun.
-
Man I didn't realise how carefree and happy things were back then. Everyday felt like the best was yet to come.
-
Is the Eclipse Tomorrow going to steal my sunshine? Asking for a friend! LOL Love this song!!!!!!!!!!!!

My brain has never left 90's dimension, every time I hear timeless classics from the 90's I am transported back in time/home. 💞👌😊👍
