PHOENIX

For 2 years now I've had this little side story floating round in my brain. Finally I just sat down, got to work and boom! It's come to life! This all happens in Zone 83, where I get to introduce you to one of the minor villains REBIRTH. Like promised, the next video will be the next instalment in the redesign series! So make sure your OCs are ready on our Discord server! To be honest, the only reason this video could exist was cause of my Patreon supporters. I'll make sure to do something special for you guys in my next vid >:D Also for those Patrons interested, I'll be posting my initial 2yr old crude animatic/sketch of this animation thingy in the next day or so! I just got back home and pulled up YT after one exhausting day to then suddenly get slapped back awake by a rush of energy and excitement seeing that you've posted another gorgeous animation. Now I'm watching it over and over again to fully appreciate every bit of amazing detail you've put into it while singing along to that absolute banger of a song. There are no words to describe how much I just adore your style nor the smile I have while watching people burn.

I like how Ney presents the Phoenix as not just a "Giant bird" With red feathers, but rather makes it so that the wings become actual fire!

Something that I only just noticed that caught my attention looking back, is that the two people on the train with our bird guy here at 1:17 aren't burning. he actually doesn't burn everyone he sees, just select people. some, he spares. The old lady on the right I assume is because she's old, so she hasn't taken that "Miracle Drug" Rebirth to return to her youth. This is based on a theory some others had in the comments that the Bird dude was only burning people who took the drug, which turned out to be the phoenix's blood, And all it needed to ignite the phoenix blood was direct eye contact, it seems. Perhaps it's how the phoenix punishes those that use its blood, those taking its lifeforce to extend their own, by burning them to ash, but of course since they're not phoenixes themselves, they obviously can't be reborn from the ashes. But the guy on the left with the interesting tattoos intrigues me. he gives the bird guy a side-eye before looking back at his phone. and his Design alone is pretty intriguing. Is he another Character we have yet to find out anything about? I'm curious about him. unless he's just a uniquely designed NPC with tattoos and darkened forearms? (maybe they're sleeves? but his shirt is white- I am just curious about tattoo arm guy.)

What a wonderful animation, in reality, you inspire me a lot, seeing your work evolving makes me determined to continue with my arts and I'm certainly not the only one who feels this.

The way you manage to blend adorable art styles with unsettlingly realistic gory art, is a skill few others have.

I have watched this what is possibly 37 times over the course of a month or so. The song is SUCH a bop. The animation is so hilarious at the beginning and compelling at the end. All of it is just... Genuinely, nothing bad about this.

This is a perfect representation of Neytirix. The horror of being roasted alive and flesh sliding off you, the ability to make said burning alive funny/cute, and the great story telling to be able to follow the story without a single word of exposition and incorporate other projects of hers in as references. Masterpiece as always

I don't know why exactly, but I cried at the end. This is so beautiful, I thought it was another funky animation about Ney's universe and there is THIS. I choke on my tears, this is a masterpiece, I'm so glad I saw it today!

This song is catchy as hell, and I love how the music amps up once the phoenix is revealed, showing the pure holy of the creature!
