The Criminal Psychiatric should have said he is in the process of determining a psychiatric diagnosis like Sociopathy etc. Again, Autistic teens do not stab three 5 yr old girls. That teen must have a psychiatric diagnosis that triggered his murder rampage. Also, even if all the rioters knew the black teen was brought up Christian it would not stop the right wing Pogrom-type anti-immigrant violence. The riots are part of the Far Right hate speech conspiracy of immigrant blood libel. If the murderer was a white non-migrant working class teen there would be no burning Manchester white working class homes.
