There are no Red Lobster restaurants anywhere near me anymore. I make my favorite seafood dishes at home.

The 'endless shrimp' was not the best idea, but things like the new owner of the company selling the restaurants and then renting them back from the buyer pulled a lot more money out of Red Lobster's bank account. They also buy their seafood from the company that owns them, at non-competitive prices....

FYI: The gluten free biscuits are not available in the restaurants, they just have the box mix available in stores.

I worked for Red Lobster... they been up they been down... did they lose $20 million? I'm sure but that's not the issue. It's the prize of seafood. One dish $40?! per meal will cause less people in their seats. All the food waste in all red lobster are in the millions on a regular basis. It's not good to wave goodbye to $20 million but Darden sold this concept knowing that the price of seafood will slowly destroy them.

The buy one take one is not free, here it's $10 for pasta/salad +$6 to add protein.

Well Red Lobster could make a comeback, back in 2012 Hostess went bankrupt and a lot of people thought they were done, but a year or so later they came back.

If it's anything beyond the biscuit I need to know no more wisdom...And they aren't nearly as good at home.
