If Express serves all stops, then Terminal 2 will be serving all operator which is stupid and would ruin the purpose of Connect services for Zone A (Stepford City), Waterline services from Newry and AirLink services from Stepford Central and Leighton Stepford Road

No one needs Elsmere Junction to be an all-operator station, Morganstown already does the job well.
