    Wow! Thank you for this video. I needed to hear it because I buy a lot of the zero sugar vitamin water, especially the orange rise and the purple acai one. I didn't know even the zero sugar ones can upset the gut microbiome. I never drink more than one a day, if that. You're right that they're somewhat pricey, even at Walmart. I save most of the bottles and refill with water for emergencies. The plastic is sturdy and not crinkly like other brands. Thanks again for the video. Very valuable information.

    I love these. I only drink one or two a week. They're my go-to when I mow the grass on a hot day. They're the only fun dink I buy. They are pricey but I only by them while on sale. If they had aspartame or splenda, I wouldn't buy them.

    Artifial coloring and 6 teaspoons of sugar per bottle. Seltzer water for me!

    I drink the lemon VW Zero every day, because i like the taste. When I was diagnosed with Crohn’s 18 years ago I stopped drinking soda, and drank regular water for a while but found it gives me a stomachache if I have it on an empty stomach. So I have 2-3 bottles of vitamin water a day. They recently changed their formula to remove erythritol. The water in our village tastes quite bad and I rarely trust municipal sources anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️ we have to use filters for any water, so it’s expensive regardless. Back in high school and college I drank gallons of Diet Coke so I feel like at least I’m doing better!

    30g per bottle? That's the maximum amount of added sugar we should eat in a day! Thank you very much, but I prefer to get my sugar in chocolate, and get my water sugar free -_- Edit: And my vitamins from delicious fruit

    Had one everyday at work...but it's just water. Stop having it when I started drinking coffee.

    They changed the taste for the orange Rise. It's disgusting! I buy these for our daughter's summer girl scout outings and we used to buy hundreds of these. NO MORE!
