This is the best scary reddit story channel BY FAR. I find the AI voice so much easier to listen to than other channels who try to use their own voice. And the visuals of moving through the trees are both beautiful and eerie and captures the whole vibe of the stories being narrated. Please don't change a thing!

I saw a squirrel once. I cried for hours

Never seen a criptid but I have seen some strange game camera photos. I have one that's a night picture and slightly out of camera range. Three bucks with nice sets of antlers. The second and third ones are fairly clear as 6 to 8 pt bucks. The issue was the lead deer. It was massive. More like a moose than a white tail. Twice the thickness to the other two and at least an 8 pt rack. I have kept a game camera out during deer seasons for at least 25 years now. A couple of years back I pulled a camera card and reviewing the photos found a daytime pic. I know it was a trick of shadow and light but there behind the deer feeder just in the edge of the woods stood barney the purple dinosaur. I kept looking at that photo. I doubt anyone who looked at it wouldn't see barney. You could see the head, mouth, eyes, and the topper it was purple. Needless to say I had to walk out there and inspect the ground at the edge of the woods for tracks to assure myself it was a trick of light and shadow.

13:30 i love these types of stories until it says wendigo, i'm not even a sceptic and quite the spiritual person but everyone chalking every spiritual activity to Windygo even when they're not even living in places where the Windygo were said to be absolutely confuses me, it's like people forget that the Windygo isn't a universal negative story it's only said by specific tribes in specific areas, the rest of the tribes around the entirety of North America Canada and the US included all have their own stories and creatures yet it's only the ones that people seem to care about that I've ever noticed or told about I don't know what I'm even rambling on about it's just annoying
