Back in my day, we used to settle arguments with break dance battles instead of violence.

In case y'all missed it. There are 5 key elements that the judges are looking for throughout each breaker's rounds. Technique, Vocabulary, Originality, Musicality, and Execution. Misbehavior will also dock/cause a breaker to lose points throughout their rounds/while on stage. Let's celebrate Hip-Hop, y'all. Sunny and Vanessa did so good!! I'm rooting for all of them. Win or lose, it's the fact that breaking made it to the Olympics in 2024 and is finally being more recognized by the world. The culture and the roots of breaking are so important to some of us, so just seeing them up there and smiling away makes it worth the experience.
