I was tired of making real games, so I made a game using complex numbers. They have unique properties that allow for fun gameplay mechanics.

  • Which school course should I make into a game next? Or you know, I suppose it could also be about something else 🤣
  • You could take your 4D game and add these orbs as quaternions as the way to move through the dimensions. That would be really neat! I think you actually need 2 Quaternions to describe a 4D rotation though (it's called an "isoclinic rotation"). There's a formula here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotations_in_4-dimensional_Euclidean_space#Isoclinic_decomposition
  • Jellie is probably the most underrated person in history! Ur a legend :D
  • Found your channel about a week ago and I have to say - WOW man, the amount of skill you have starting from art ending with music! All the best to you!

Those are some complex carrots... Just wanna tell you, you make amazing videos !
  • Just found your channel and I really hope you get famous, man You explain these complicated concepts in a simpler manner than most college professors and apply them by putting them in games Feels like an insane amount of work, and that's not even counting the recording and editing
  • One of the best dev channels out there! You'll explode soon, I'm sure!
  • @3nertia

Game development, 3D modelling, mathematics, music making, problem solving, 3D printing, engineering, electronics, graphic design, physics, video editing, imagination, humour, storytelling, narration... I could go on and on. Your talents are boundless. You are amazing
  • @JohnDlugosz
Very clever. Something like this could be used to train your intuition on how complex numbers work.
  • @Codeer
Awesome video as always! Really nicely edited as well!
