Atlanta trading Luka is one of the dumbest decisions ever.

it's not that he's a bad defender (which he is), but I've seen games where he doesn't even try and leaves his man wide open. At his salary, it's not worth it for the Lakers.
  • Trae Young might legitimately be the worst defender in the league. He has been surrounded by good role players in ATL for his entire career and struggles to make the playoffs in the East. That is incredibly concerning.

Using Trae Young's name in the same breath with Luka Doncic is pure heresy and blasphemy. Luka will be 5x consecutive 1st team All-NBA after this season and will finish in the top 3 in MVP voting. What has Trae Young accomplished since that 2021 run? Has he actually improved in any section of the game? Shooting, scoring, defense, rebounding? Luka has improved across the board, improved his 3pt%, ft%, his defense, his stamina/endurance, his scoring has gone up, his rebounds and assists have gone up, his true shooting % has gone up. Meanwhile Trae Young has actually regressed over the last 2 seasons. And this year, the Mavs are yet again at 50 wins and Trae missed the Playoffs, again.

why do these media always want to put everybody on the lakers

I don’t think people understand that being the 3rd star on a team makes that 3rd player sacrifice the most while having their weaknesses magnified the most. They have to give up touches and shot attempts, and in exchange are expected to do things like rebound, defend, make hustle plays, etc. Trae doesn’t do much without the ball in his hands

Just 7 inch difference, Paul almost lost it😭
  • @ryanward3822
How many gaddamn players do this goat need to play with

Everyone in the NBA gets an excuse for injury but Trae comes back from hand surgery 3 games before playoffs and now he’s not a franchise player👀… He’s been carrying Hawks. Luka has a legitimate #2 in Kyrie(HOF). Trae has never had that.

Watching last night, Trae was hurting on em on the court. Not doing much on offense and a liability on defense
  • @discreet6951
“He’s dealing with a broken hand” “Well he came back” Bro tell me skip ain’t every been an athlete before😂😂😂
  • @AyoADRIAN
Everyone talks about how Trae is overrated and how other Guards are better…. But when them SAME guards get put out the playoffs every year, nothing is said. lol stop the hate man. Yall never want to compare them other guards to Luka neither. That ain’t Trae fault. He’s been more successful them half the guards in the league. Y’all can stop it
  • Trae played with a hand injury last night. Can't believe Colby White had 42 points and 9 rebounds vs an all star back court.
