The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected a First Amendment challenge to the Biden administration's communication with social media companies in an effort to remove misinformation on the platforms about COVID-19 and the 2020 election.

  • "Lack standing" is not siding with any particular view, it just means the judges think the plaintiffs didn't do their homework!

    Lack standing means they need a plaintiff who was actually harmed by the actions, not hypothetically harmed.
