I feel like each ore golem should give you an special effect when they hit you. Coal would give blindness, iron would give you slowness, emerald gives poison, gold gives weakness, etc.. Also the deepslate variety of each ore would have double the health but half the movement speed.

Dumb idea: make a door that opens slowly and creaks, and make sure any agrresive mobs can hear it when it opens and attack you

With the ore golems, I could actually see myself putting them into a vanilla+ modpack. I’d probably lower their spawn chance to either 5, 10, or 25% and change their loot drop to the resource instead of the ore. I’d also make them each have different stats so that as you go deeper, the golems tend to get more difficult. The final change I’d make (purely to stop duping) would probably be some safeguard against silk touch, but I could see myself leaving this one out for the farming potential of diamonds and lapis

Dumb Idea: Place a bunch of mob spawners, spawning Skeleton's and spiders and let them fight each other (lots of arrows will be spawned at the same time)

5:30 by "a block of that ore" i didnt think of drop of the ore. I thought like a block of diamonds or a block of lapis or stuff.

The fact that one block of wood can start a lot of things in a survival world just makes better the idea of the wood block saying "you have no idea what have you done"

Dumb idea : whenever you craft there’s a 25% chance that the crafting table boss will spawn, and if you die by it you’ll forever be a crafting table

Make the knarfy plush into a minecraft mob.

Here's an idea. Try to beat the game with the 10 seconds before death, but allow the 10 seconds to stack. If you kill like 2 mobs, you get 20 seconds. Try that.

The one problem with the creepers being fast is that they stop when the fuse is going. It’d probably be better and more terrifying if they exploded instantly
