    Hi man hru I am 39yrs housewife I am suffering from slight headAche confusion no clarity in work memory loss shivering in neck and hands unbalance body sometime insomnia all this once in6 months or 3 months I consulted ayurvedic doctor he said it is nerve weakness and I took medicine for 2years no result now I am doing yoga and pranayam can you help me what is this disease how can I get rid of this please help me
