Now I'm back! Let's catch up on one of the core beliefs that guide my wardrobe choices. Today we talk about one of my favourite topics - ENERGY. I believe that energy isn’t just in our actions and habits, it’s also in the things that we surround ourselves with. And of course, our wardrobe is a huge part of our belongings. Think about it, every single day, in most moments, you are wearing something. Is that something soaked in a certain kind of energy that affects your day? I believe so! It’s time to do a clothing energy audit. I encourage you to ask yourself:
1. Which items make you feel your best?
2. Which items make you feel your worst?
3. Why do these wardrobe items affect your mood?
4. What is your belief system about your wardrobe?
5. How can you curate your wardrobe to enhance your daily energy?
I have always wanted the wardrobe I have now. Small, simple, luxurious. But it took years and years to get to a point where I would create that wardrobe. Well, making these realisations is a big part of the process of how that happened.

I am inspired by your appreciation of aesthetics. I see that in everything - clothes, objects, home, how things are displayed…Tbh, I unfollowed you at one point but I am following your channel again because of your transformation! I don’t think most of us would stick to one style forever. My wardrobe now is already slightly different to that from 6 months/a year ago because I am changing too as a person. But I see that there is a thread going through your version today and the previous style ie small wardrobe of things that you love. Thanks Patricia for sharing your personal philosophy which has inspired me to re-examine my own.
