I had a big house party back in around 2007 and the next day i was cleaning up the mess so i turned on my stereo. Someone had left this mix in the CD in the chamber. Best accidental gift i've ever been given!

I think a huge part of why Em doesn’t rap like this anymore is because he lost his iconic younger voice. Like his voice over time has changed. That, and his beat selections and technicalities have changed.

I got a set a turntables at 17 in 1999 and had that hellbound record. I forgot all about it. And that Scary Movie beat is insane. Gives me chills when Ems verse came on. Fuck I miss hip hop.

I still think Royce and em haven't made a better collab than scary movies Yes not alike and you gon learn come close but the old dusty sound of scary movies paired with their young and ambitious vocals is just perfection.

I grew up on this shit. Downloaded most of them from Limewire. I'm 42 now and could still recite 80% of it. I'm impressed though, actually two songs I never heard. Good shit putting this together. Old school underground Em was a legend. Now he's just the GOAT :)
