    😂.. I told myself that I'm going to listen for a few minutes to see what it's like.. I fell into a coma 😝.. seriously, I'm not easy , I'm always surfing for meditations , I listen to Brown noise alot, whales and dolphins, really light Jazz, bedtime stories, rain and nature sounds. Cats purring is awesome.. So I've been around 😂.. Wow, I'm so amazed I checked out like that..

    I'm just getting over shingles, the rash has gone ,but I'm exhausted, relaxing is not me,sleep well I'm awake ,when.most are asleep, so I'm hoping this will.help me sleep, I will let you know
