The Belgian Armed Forces is the national military of Belgium. The King of the Belgians is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces. The Belgian Armed Forces was established after Belgium became independent in October 1830. Since then, the Belgian armed forces have fought in World War I, World War II, the Cold War (Korean War and the Belgian occupation of the Federal Republic of Germany), Kosovo, Rwanda, Somalia and Afghanistan. The Armed Forces comprise five branches: the Land Component, the Air Component, the Naval Component, the Medical Component and the Cyber Component.

Im glad they are updating the military equipment, Our stuff always felt weak and outdated, also getting rid of our tanks was the most stupid idea ever

The ground forces are even less equipped than ours. We should be building a joint army in the low countries our navies already work together a lot. The two frigates and the six mine warfare vessels are a joint acquisition, Belgium has the lead in the mine warfare vessels and the Royal Dutch navy are in charge of the frigates.

I think you might have missed the leopard recovery tanks im pretty sure they are still in use even though the tanks have been removed the recovery variant is still in use.
