7:20 For context for non 90-00’s kids or who never watched Hey Arnold this came from the episode Helga’s Parrot when Helga was talking to a shrine made for Arnold who she “hates” but secretly loves from the shadows. As you can imagine the parrot heard this and well watch the episode it’s funny. It’s one of those phrases you would never hear in a cartoon produced today. God I miss childhood 😂
