Will and Rowan aren't just working together on that card, they actually share a spark in the lore. If either of them planeswalks, the other comes with. Wrenn doens't pilot treefolk, just trees. The Six card from MH3 should have been a plant to be accurate to the lore. Six, Seven, and Realmbreaker are just trees.

I mean, if u count Ugin's age using Sarkhan's timeline, then yes, Sorin is the oldest living planeswalker but from Ugin's perspective he is clearly the oldest now that Nicol Bolas is dead again. Cuz fun fact, their birth is the oldest recorded event in the known MtG multiverse

This video was great but left me wanting more! I love hearing about the lore but what you've done here is already impressive. You could easily do a whole series going in deep on one set of planeswalkers, like all the red ones, canon v. non-canon ones, or something like an analysis of every Jace/Chandra card along with the lore of the character. Really enjoyed this one! Thanks for making it.

Chandra isn't the first member of the gatewatch to appear in the video. Ajani also took the oath, noted in the card "Oath of Ajani" and the flavour text on it "until all have found their place, I will keep watch

I don't care if he's a Planeswalker or not anymore - Garth One-Eye, aka Galin of House Oor-tael - will always be my favorite planeswalker. I loved the Arena book and wish they would have written more in that vein as well as released a TTRPG system for it.
