    I've never seen someone do one arm pull-ups with such ease. Complete calm on the dudes face, with each arm as strong as the other. RESPEK
  • That outdoor park looks like a really neat place in the forest. I like my gym, but a nice shady outdoor place like that would be fun. Plus I'd play on the play structures inbetween sets.

    Man, I have been at my gym - with trainers - for more than a year and NO ONE ever told me indepth about how to do proper pull ups.
