He has no authority to make changes and this professor is full of crap.
  • @sew_gal7340
I can only imagine the outrage that would happen if trump did this in a supreme court full of left justices
  • @Daniel-nr2uf
Big government overreach. We the people have had enough.
  • @allablr5765
Did Biden consider term limits for himself? It's long overdue.

The whole idea of the Supreme Court is to NOT be political; if you have competent judges appointed who actually rule based on the Constitution, who appoints them doesn't matter. It only matters for those who wish to have judges they can control and who won't follow the constitution.

At 14 minutes... did ya Hear, if the Bill is Not passed, 4 Seats are Automatically added.
  • @ruthnovena40
HOW can an adm who went against the constitution to 'forgive debt using powers they do not have seek to 'reform the SC?
  • leave the Supreme Court alone as it is, as it has been and how it has functioned since the beginning.

The courts should not be as political as they are.... The House and Senate wont touch it unless there is money involved... That leaves everything to the Supreme Court: it shouldnt be this way but it is.... Something needs to change: but what Biden is suggesting is riddled with political bias....
  • @jamie0
"the court is out of step with the American people". He's clearly only thinking about the west coast, north east cost, and Austin Texas in those "american people".
  • Having a two party Supreme Court - how in the world would this be justice? All Justices are to be appointed based on total fairness and nonpartisan. This is a stupid idea all the way around.
  • @odd_Rea
these people will waste ur time
  • He can get it. 60% of houseand senate. His ammendment requires 38 states it wont even hit commity.
  • Maybe the Judicial branch will reform the Executive branch. The are equal branches. What wrong with these people?
  • Appreciate the Imformation given here! We're experiencing a Supreme Court that is Way Out Of Alignment and Evidence to which Confirms that. Corruption on many levels, appears to be serving the Republican Party, When It Is Imperative The Supreme Court Must Abide By The Rule of Laws. The opinion is important and concerning to go to the next levels, Ethics, Accountability, Etc.
  • Does this guy also believe it's a problem for Congress members and Senators to serve 40 yrs? Does he want term limits for Congress/Senate also?
