Everything he says suggests that he is building the system around the players which is wonderful and a welcome change. 😊
  • Dude could have just said “I won’t call 20 screens a game or run the ball on 2nd and long” and us fans would accept the upgrade 😂😂

Nice to hear Caleb is getting the ball out quick 🐻⬇️

I'm really hoping we got it right I like Waldren he brings better experience. And seems to have good leadership and a positive attitude. I think he knows what he's talking about! Getsy had no track record. Chicago CLAWS up BEAR DOWN 💯🐻🏈
  • Coach Shane is a coach with a vision focus on building an offense off players attributes, rather thar his system... Yet same philosophies

I would have liked to hear the question. When the regular season starts, are you planning on playing the qb that gives you the best chance to win, or is it Williams' end of story.
  • @foestrang
The Bears will reign at the bottom of the division. First 8 games the record will be 2-6. Caleb Williams will end the season with 4,107 Passing Yards. 27 TDs 31 Interceptions. 44 QB Sacks. A severe case of scrotal Itch.

Hes in a very position. If the offense looks stagnant week 1 he will be over scrutinized. He will not have a grace period

Shane is the one part of this that I have the most question about - dude is just sort of goofy. Hoping for the best.
  • I like this guy. Rumor has it he will be a head coach soon. If Flus can’t get it done fire him and hire this guy to keep Caleb in the same system
