Trying to access Raptor Lake/Raptor Lake Refresh technical documentation via Intel site (PT. 1)

Volume 1 brings up an error, as per the video from a few days ago. An individual claimed that I was lying about this, so I decided to record this video.

It could be region locked, or perhaps Intel decided to restrict my access to Volume 1. Who knows?

    I was able to use copilot to pull up the Raptor Lake/Raptor Lake Refresh technical documentation. But on Intel's website it doesn't come up.
