  • Most people think of Sweet Anita as “that girl with Tourette’s”, and I’m like “uh no, it’s Sweet Anita, the strongest person you ever heard of”. Having a syndrome and not be diagnosed for many years, not knowing what is wrong with you, being mistreated through childhood, dealing with depression for about a decade, not understanding your own sexual orientation because it’s so rare, being cheated on after giving all her trust to someone, and dealing with every episode of embarrassment her ticks caused her, embarrassment being an emotion that can hurt more than physical pain sometimes. That’s more than most people have to deal with in a lifetime. It’s amazing how positive, happy and confident she looks.

HAAAAAAAHAHAHAAHAH love this. I know your childhood was very traumatic, so it's always nice when you're able to tell some good memories
  • Omg, PLEASE do more storytimes! These are so much fun to listen to. Maybe you'll be able to convince Corsair to sponsor you again, too, lol
  • @Motowad
You probably have one of the most interesting lives I’ve ever heard of, so many stories and experiences. You could write a book and sell several thousands of copies, have an audiobook of just hours of you telling stories. People would ABSOLUTELY buy it, not just fans either!
  • My dad gave me my first joint when I was but a wee child, said he'd rather I did it there than out in the wild. Always respected him for that, when your parents okay 'naughty' things, it takes the exciting edge off that kids crave.

Thanks for making me laugh Anita. Just came home from work and there was a rude guy on the buss home that ruined my mood, but this totally changed it for the better.

Finally, I made it out of that timeline. It was horrible! Lemons tasted like limes and capsaicin never evolved, so there was no spicey food anywhere. The only thing that got me through the day was watching videos of Sweet Anita, the breakdancing queen. Anyway, so how's this timeline going?

My dad was a pretty heavy smoker. He gave me a cigarette when I was 7. He thought that if I smoked a cigarette young then I would remember how horrible it made me feel, and I would never smoke. I ended up smoking cigarettes anyway, when I was in my teens and early twenties.

I thought it was normal for small children to disappear all the time. I did it when I was small too.

Hi, Anita. Yes, please upload more of your childhood storytime adventures onto the YouTubes!

I grew up in a pretty chaotic family and one of my funniest memories is of my older autistic brother loving the sound of running water. He would just turn taps on and off while almost passing out from laughter. One day, me and 2 of my siblings hear him do it again and we're just like "yeah, he's doing his thing, he'll be done in like 5 minutes".. about 10 minutes later, he's still going so we leave the bedroom to investigate and we just see my oldest brother (also autistic) projectile vomiting in the corridor outside his bedroom, right in front of the bathroom and my other brother just laughing so hard he's gone red. I was like 6 so I didn't have to clean anything up and that was basically all I cared about at the time.
