Several of them need to recuse but as we've seen lately, they won't. Conservative Justices on the high court have lost their way and this will be Chief Justice Robert's legacy.

This should have been news 4 years ago. It's quite troublesome how long it takes for such important news to break so many years later. Regardless, shame on our so-called "Supreme" Court. The court really needs to be relabeled as the Inferior Court of the United States.
