Not to mention that Kizaru has observation haki and his haki was implied to be on the same level as Aokiji and Akainu who were shown to have a mastery of observation haki on a similar level (if not equal) to futuresight.

Well, by definition, teleportation isn't associated with speed, it's simply instantaneous. So that is a home field advantage. A bit of pre staging would have to be done, though. With his cloak, his base speed and techniques are more iffecient, and he becomes even more OP. The only issue is that he rarely fights anyone who moves at light speed, and he would have a hard time perceiving it. Teleportation or not, you can't fight what you can't see and anticipate.

well, if we take into consideration that haki and chakra coating arent the same thing, we can say that minato gets dogged because he cant hit kizaru as he cannot attack something that he cant touch.

I definitely see it. Although the contentious tentails Madara and eight gates guy feat with base Minato is one that I feel still has some validity that most people don’t give it in more recent times, and I think that would definitely change things quite a lot under certain interpretations. Another thing I think could be considered is that jonin Minato speed blitzed the Raikage’s light speed lariat. Then after Minato died the Raikage trained and then reached the speed of the jonin Minato that blitzed him before based off the databook statement most people know about. Then that jonin Minato speed Raikage gets speed blitzed by kcm Naruto, and that kcm Naruto is the one that’s compared to base hokage Minato all the time. So the calc given in the description could arguably stacked on top of itself. And that’s obviously in base before any of the kcm or sage mode or debatable tentails madara/eight gates guy shenanigans. You could say I’m just being too biased, but it’s just the main argument I’d give to try and equalize the speeds without downplaying kizaru. The kcm regen would also probably be trouble if they’re close in speed since there wouldn’t be an easy way to put down Minato, while Minato could use sealing jutsu to get around the logia defense. And I do think the sage mode precog would be useful too. I’ve also heard arguments that the admirals even have future sight, which would totally complicate things. I don’t believe that, but it’s just stuff to think about. Plus shadow clones I guess, if you think that’ll really do much. I mean I guess it could potentially be useful. Idk I feel like minato’s arsenal isn’t as limited as it might’ve seemed. Then all the sudden Minato goes baryon mode and starts washing kizaru! And then outa nowhere kizaru awakens his devil fruit and goes into his awakened form! Nah, I’m just playing

Also with kizaru attack power can't we look at any light beam based off his df. Which is a finisher move for characters like pasfistas and Franky. We see that is a threat to many characters in the verse, a casual attack from kizaru not a name attack

I hate how much people downplay the actual speed of light, like I get that its all fiction and its just a way to scale characters. but if luffy can actually move 900x the speed of light he can go around the one piece world in less than a second. he could just flye from island to island and be anywhere he wants to in the blink of an eye

Luffy has been faster than Lightspeed since early pre timeskip, he dodged 4 lightspeed attacks from a Pacifista which was made with Kizaru's DF, and said it was "too slow". And even then, he was a tad bit below the Admirals. AKAINU AND AOKIJI, CHANGED THE CLIMATE OF AN ISLAND THAT'S PROBABLY THE SIZE OF AUSTRALIA. JUST A SMALL EXAMPLE OF HOW POWERFUL THE ADMIRALS ARE.

The only problem I have is that Kizaru wouldn’t take it seriously at first, so it would likely give Minato time to set up a plan, or something, especially when resengan has durability negation, and the half nine tails can be scaled to planetary with powering an army, when only a few dozen could blow up the moon in the last, and Minato at 14 evenly clashed with this kurama, and in the afterlife fought Kurama multiple times, so minato likely has the power advantage, but Kizaru the speed, so it really comes down to if Kizaru messes up

I mean in the sabaody arc kizaru only did based light speed attack or speed which you don't really need to train for with the light light fruit he even asked Hawkins have you ever been hit at the speed of light. Kizaru was only flexing with regular base speed of light this doesn't mean that this is his only top speed because you have people like enel and you have Marco which can blitz so saying that kizaru is only the speed of light makes no sense and just a down play of speed
