"I scouted every single island in Greece" as a Greek individual, I can say that you are insane
  • @Sonix07pr
He’d be a menace as a stalker… but also could legit work with law enforcement to find missing people. His skill is a lot more practical than I initially thought.
  • @RangersFan94
Dude is the real life version of "I recognize that grass block, see you soon."
  • "AI is going to replace us and take our jobs" Meanwhile Rainbolt is taking the AI's jobs
  • @wildfox125
I like how he tries explaining which grass is which but he knows everyone is still so confused
  • @Geostique
The fact that playing a map game can help people locate old pictures of family members is so dope, should do more of it fr
  • Mate the "girl thirst baiting question" answering no and playing some banger geoguessr rounds cracks me up everytime
  • Rainbolt explaining how he found a picture in ~5min of search by going back through the 1993 New Orleans Mardi Gras' Parade's itinerary is Sherlock Holmes shit I swear.
  • @Tintelinus
"This is a freebie there is a guardrail" Ah yes, Borneo, the only place with guardrails.
  • @DarkNekow
You basically have an INSANE pattern recognition, like you need a minute to explain all the calculations in less than a second, that's crazy
  • @mcgoo721
I like the Borneo part. "To be fair, it wasn't the grass that tipped me off. The guard rail is obviously borneo." Ahh yeah of course. Who wouldn't spot that.
  • @sticklp6405
Finding the locations of pictures is infinitely cooler than any guess in the game could ever be
  • @chriskiwi9299
I can’t help but smile during his reaction when he finds the locations from peoples pictures. I hope he does a follow up on the ones of people who actually recreate the photos!
  • @raynboy6448
"Do you have a girl coming over soon?" "No. This is Malaysia, one island." 💀💀💀💀💀💀
  • @robinohara226
a large part of his success is the community. there are dozens of other guys at a similar skill level who spend their time memorizing the vegetation, soil, road markings, and architecture of different regions, each with their own specialty. then they share all of these tips with one another. in the same way as there is usually no single inventor of a technology, but a hive mind of talented people putting their skills towards one goal.
  • I just recently showed my grandpa geoguessr and he used to deliver packages all over the twin cities (saint paul and Minneapolis) and he was just cracked at it. he would say oh yeah I have delivered here and it was just hilarious
  • @massivechafe
This guy has a mind palace filled with the entire world's subtly distinct grass species, bollards and license plates
  • just seeing the pure joy in his face when he shows them makes me so happy.
  • 2:55 you can see he’s genuinely happy that he helped people. his face says it all
