The manga still has several chapter left before it officially ends. I got two theories on how it ends: Since horikoshi is a fan of spiderman, he probably want to make his own version of the ending of Spiderman: No Way Home movie. AFO still has one ally left, doctor garaki who has access to MLA media network. Garaki takes revenge on deku by revealing the truth about One for All quirk which damage the already fragile public trust of heroes and ruins Almight reputation. Deku is force to ask someone with memory altering quirk to erase everyone memory of himself and ofa to save almight reputation. This made class a forget deku and was replace by shinso. The ending will be bittersweet, class a graduates except deku but deku somehow got tomura stolen quirk and decides to leave Japan as a wandering hero. My second theory is deku dad showing up and tells deku " hey son, I found a way that gives you superpowers!" And MHA end with deku having a new quirk.
