In November I was told that I am suffering from a rare and inoperable form of cancer.I see now the necessity of cleaning my life for the time I still have, in order to find peace and to manage fear and lost.Learning to let go. Each of your tips are like a candle bringing ligth and warmth into my soul.I wish you a New Year full of realisations and Peace.Thank you very much for beeing here.❤

15 days ago my wife and I split up after 7 years. I never felt this miserable, genuinely tormented. I have started by instinct to clean my outside world; my apartment, and my car, getting rid of useless stuff and just keeping my spaces tidy. Doing so brings some semblance of peace. I can totally vouch for that first tip given on the video.

I have experienced a new flow of life after beginning meditation, about 6 months ago. I was completely lost and didn’t really know it. I thought I had goals with plans but I found those plans were not for me. My very first meditation experience was truly healing. I found a nature park to walk, stretch and meditate often. Meditation and having a spiritual community has changed my life. And I have goals that are mine now! ❤❤❤ I cannot thank you enough. Sometimes my meditation brings me to you and thanking you. I am sending you my LOVINGKINDNESS from across the world.

Oh man, I just can't wait to become a monk myself. It's already thoroughly planned, but there are still lots of issues to solve before that. In spring I'm meeting my kalyana-mitta, a senior monk from the forest tradition. Just hoping that everything goes as ideated.
  • Thank you Nick for your kindness & advice. I am caring for my dad 24/7 he is 86 & now on Palliative care. It has been a tough journey for myself & I prayed the other week for strength to keep me going & to help me as I was feeling alone & out of my depth. Like you said the right people came to me & one of them is now you. I am going to try your advice as I need to clear my mind I overthink, I worry too much & just need to stop. Thank you so much for your words of wisdom they mean a lot too many of us❤🙏

Thank you Nick. I was recently diagnosed with a movement disorder and I want to solve it but I can't because it's progressive. It's caused a lot of anxiety and fear. This is a great reminder to be still. I appreciate your wisdom and guidance.
  • Upon reading the title, I immediately thought: Just because our life falls apart, it doesn't mean that we have to. This is possible if we have reached a point in our spiritual growth that there is more within than without. "A man's life doesn't consist in the abundance of things that he possesses"- Jesus. That's not hypothetical. I have experienced hardships like others. Lived in one room, literally for months with all possessions, and what kept me going was what was within. Take care of the outside, which is necessary, but never neglect the inside for it. 🙏

It has been hard. Thank you. I unexpectedly lost my husband 2 months ago. Also 2 months later i lost my cat. It has been a roller coaster.
  • I am so grateful to have found you and your wisdom, honesty and kindness. Thank you 🙏

Thank you for always giving us tools to help ourselves and not just empty words. I find your videos very informative and encouraging and your voice very soothing. I cannot express how much gratitude I feel for you and your channel. You are relatable and very kind.

Thank you for inspiring me to be silent. I needed this reminder. I have been losing faith because I thought that my neurotic mind can find the answers and was indulging in thinking and figuring out things. I was deluding myself. Thank you for inspiring me to continue to seek refuge within and not in the mind. Sadhu 🙏

When I first saw this video, I didn’t need it. But I saved it so I could return to it. Thank you Venerable Nick. Me: Looking for glue to glue me back together, staying present and trying to keep a smile on my face.

This was what I needed. There are things that are beyond my control and I'm expected to do things that I'm not willing to do. I've been feeling stuck in life since years. No amount of effort is helping me move forward and I feel so diconnected with myself. I feel I need to be still and let the energies come to me and clear my life. I'll give it a try. Thank you 🙏🏻
