This episode I went caving to start working toward the diamond achievements. I also need lots and lots of iron for the On a Rail achievement, so iron collection is also necessary!

I have a soft spot for playing old versions of Minecraft too, 1.7.10 is a great version. I notice your previous series was 1.0, which I think is good too, but to me 1.1 is just a better version of 1.0, as it has QOL upgrades like sheep regrowing their wool, all music discs being obtainable, bows being enchantable.
