I have been through all the finishes. I have found that chrome is timeless and a good way to go unless you have money to throw.

Perfect timing! I'm remodeling 3 bathrooms. You just saved me from making a couple of mistakes in my material choices. Thank you ladies😅

The thing with tile is the horror of maintaining the grout. The tile can only look beautiful until the grout changes the look. The design will not work with the miles of grout becoming the “focus point” in the long run. I wish for more practical alternatives.

INCORRECT! I live in South Texas (where it is still in the 70's right now) and I cannot WAIT to get a heated floor on my bathroom reno. I miss having them and let's face it, no one wants to get out of a shower to a cold floor. even in summer.

Thank you, Emilee & Lora! This is my first time here. My builder's electrician told me I didn't have enough room to put wall sconces on either side of my 36" vanity and that the one standard wall light centered above the vanity was their suggestion. With the examples put forth in this video, I am going to ask if he can add electrical junction boxes in the ceiling for owner-provided pendant lights on either side of the vanity mirror instead. Oh, and yes, I just liked and subscribed.

I love so many of these trends! The problem is I have a champaign taste on a beer budget. We are starting a new build and I wish I had you lady’s to help me😊 Thank you for the ideas. Could you do a video on 2024 kitchens on a budget? 😂 I believe you don’t have to have $ to have good taste, I just need to educate myself on what is a less expensive way to go and still have it look good.

Interesting ideas. I’m renovating an apartment in southern Italy. 🇮🇹 It’s a major project because we changed the floor plan to a more open concept. We enlarged the bathroom so I have more options. I like many of your suggestions. Definitely wall sconces for lighting because we refurbished the antique wood beam ceiling. Sconces alongside of the antique mirror are a must. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
  • I got so many ideas from this video! Thank you for all the very practical suggestions and explanations along with the trends! I’ve subscribed.

I was able to purchase a part that retrofitted with my existing shower valve, so I could use a faucet from a different company. It worked really well. I wasn’t able to do that with my Roman tub faucet, so I just used a metallic spray paint to change the color of the spout and handles. It turned out really well, but might not be the most durable solution. Thanks for your informative video. I am in the process of planning the remodels of 3 bathroom and one powder room. Your video gave me lots of ideas.

Thank you! We are building and these ideas help. Re the tall mirrors - would you tilt those down slightly so you can see more of yourself or keep them flat on the wall? I’m so short that I’d love the tilt.
