Good teacher. Totally engaged class.😉

Yes, with the ebay, offers you would be inviting people to offer. I had this happen in Real Estate last week put in an offer and returned with a multiple offer response.
-
Prof Geis's contract courses in Themis really helped me survive the contract,
-
Can't say about US, but in Europe Uber drivers enter into the contract with the passenger after the passenger gets into the car and the driver starts the engine. And actually, some drivers like to trick the rule: may keep the car engine off, first ask 'where are you going?' and then accept or refuse to drive you based on your answer.

This is great, thank you so much!👍

Very lucky he is my cousin. So honored ❤️

Excellent class. Coming from a country with a tradition of Roman Law ("Civil Law"), it helped me a lot to understand the approach to contracts in other legal systems. Thanks for sharing.
-
