❤this is also helpful to share for certain family or friends or acquaintances, who totally suck at phone calls . When you have tones plus wretched words - it’s just a goner . My family are a bunch of narcissists. The hideous manipulation begins even to odd pick ups , hang ups, lies in text, to power push - over any normal happy phone call I ever was making . So many people in my family have so many tricks and creepy ways to be power over , totally disinterested in the reason for call , and only listening for the invitational question- how are you ? Etc . Then there’s a monologue . Full of jibes darts insults put downs bigoted slams and digs until the pain from them talking is just a wicked wall … Sharing your video trains these people if only for a phone call - it’s a good tactic to make a dent .
  • Hi Emma... Your lessons are making me confident when I'm conversing with others... Thank you for teaching us.... A big fan of yours..😃
