Gotta say, this is the first time I've seen completely overhauled NPCs that felt like they actually fit in Skyrim. There's a realism and faithfulness to the original art style that makes it look like what I'd use.

Probably the best video dedicated to NPCs overhauls I've seen in a long while. Definitely one of the must watch channels about Skyrim for new players as much as for "seasoned" players like me who still wants to play a balanced overhaul of the game that keeps the original vibes preserved. Improving the NPCs' behaviour in particular, making the whole vibe richer and more believable, is gonna be Bethesda's biggest and harder challenge for the next games coming I believe. Starsfield will be the benchmark to actually see where they're going with that and about what we can seriously expect from the new Elder Scrolls and even Fallout when they are finally announced {in the next 5-10 years span!}.

I'd highly recommend Project Ja'Kha-Jay for the Khajiit. The mod overhauls all the vanilla named Khajiits making them different types so now all archetypes of Khajiit from the lore are present ingame instead of all of them convieniently being the same type.

Awesome recommendations mate! I love how the mods you picked improve on vanilla without trying to make Skyrim into a completely different game. Would be great to hear about any mods that make the main story less wooden / more varied (like the one where you are able to persuade the Blades to go easy on a certain reptile).
