The John Fury you see here is not the same one I saw 15-20 years ago, he is mellow and contented now. He was the meanest man I have ever seen, I saw him knock a man out with one punch. He then waited for the police and allowed them to arrest him. He had no pity and no remorse. Tyson Fury was always a nice man, John wasn't.

John Fury is a product of his environment and having that physicality makes him more dangerous. Luckily he understands what he is.
  • I totally understand what he says about trying not to be in a potential fighting situation to begin with but it's like Mick says it's very difficult and sometimes you have to fight.I love listening to him.

Violence begets violence and as one ages and slows down those with long memories and carrying a grudge bide their time and quietly plot revenge. Queensbury rules are much better but in life one cannot abide by those rules there’s no such thing in life as a fair street fight as Tysons dad will tell you fighting to win is no holds barred. That’s why the Special Forces worldwide double tap the wounded they know that if the boot was on the other foot that’s what would happen to them. Full respect to him for his honesty. I’m glad most of my fights as a young man were inside a boxing ring though.

  • Love this guy :D Love his knowledge about everything! John is the fucking man innit
  • Wise words. This is a reiteration and a reason to listen to what he says again, whether you struggle against inner rage, or you know someone who does. For those that don't understand, Rage doesn't care about the vessel it uses, all it sees is prey. And sometimes it doesn't care whose in it's path. It's when it happens against someone under your wing that you understand you always have to be in control A reason to stay away from drugs, and or alcohol, or anything that might hinder your ability to control that rage. If you know someone with rage and they don't want to go somewhere, or want to be left alone, leave them be.
