Your face slimmed down since the before if you look closely at your after video in orange your face is slimmer it did actually do somn somn 🤩
  • Doc would probably give you kudos because you put forth more effort than most of his patients.
  • I love when he told the guy that he didn't need to eat for the next year and he would still be fine. It was funny!

I did his 1200 calorie diet for 4 months for both weight loss and gallstone issues. Ended up losing 30 lbs pretty fast without working out and by the end of 5-6 months I had lost 50+ lbs incorporating some light workouts. Noticed I was losing an average of 3 lbs a week. Definitely works but hard to stick to 😫🙌🏼

The will power that someone who is 600lbs would need to have. Omg!!! Kudos to those folks on the show. ❤

no oil ... no butter ... that's a big word for elmo 😭
  • That diet is for people fighting for their life, literally. The rest of us, even those amongst us who are trying to lose 40 lbs of menopausal and bad thyroid weight (me, hehehehe) can certainly have a few tablespoons of peanut butter in a week or have 5 or 6 ounces of a healthy protein when we want it. He would have no salt because many of the 600 lb life people are at serious cardiac risks. No salt/low salt is necessary for a cardiac patient. That diet is an extreme because they are in a dire extreme situation. Many are months from possible death. It was fun to see you try it! God Bless 🥰
  • This is your first video I have watched. I’ve lost 100 lbs and have about 60 more to go….your face when you we’re eating that peanut butter is everything! I could almost hear you thanking the Lord for peanut butter. You are so fun and real! I’m hitting that subscribe button now! 💕

As a bariatric patient, his meals aren't that much different from what my doctor has me doing. You could have gotten some Mrs. Dash with no salt, you could've used fresh dill, thyme, rosemary, lemon, or lime. The diet isn't only for people who weigh 600 pounds. Yes, at first the change in eating habits is hard but if one is seriously determined to change after the 1st two weeks it gets easier. I would love to see you doing the diet for six weeks but getting you some of Tabitha Brown's seasonings. Remember if you are going to do protein shake you can order PBfit no sugar, you can also eat fresh nuts by adding them to your salads. If he says no dairy then you can get no-sugar plant-based milk and protein powders. Yes, girl come on and really go all in and change your eating habits for 6 weeks. 1200 calories and weighing your food.
  • My 600 lbs life is definitely a motivation, watching that made me wanted too lose weight in the first place.

Girl! Weight loss is a struggle and no joke.❤
  • Hey I love the video! The no salt serves a physiological purpose! Most people on my 600 lb life have heavily fast food based diets which contain massive amounts of sodium. The no salt diet would allow the PT to shed a large amount of water weight when the switch from eating out to the diet is made

This was such a fun video about something not fun--diets! I can only imagine how difficult it is for someone who weighs 600 pounds to suddenly start following this very restrictive diet.

watching that show makes me realize how much we take for granted, like good food, snacks, and health. Be wise so you can keep enjoying it ya'll! :)
  • @chelybeann
Ooh girl you’re so good because I can do without oil and butter but SEASONINGS?! SALT?! I am seasoned. I am salty. 😂
  • @mahaganyogoke
he be so strict because he knows 90% of the time his patients are NOT gonna follow his recipes exactly! AND THEY DONT!🤣🤣🤣🤣
  • @loriowens1087
I love me some Dr Now!! His monotone scolding and calling u out is Everything! But....his pamphlet recipes sound extreme, lol! Love your Videos Trinity Jae!😘
  • Weight loss is definitely a struggle it’s easy to pack on the weight but lose it is the hardest. A spoon of peanut butter isn’t bad at all.#teamjae

I started a 1200 calorie diet about two months ago and I’ve lost 22 lbs so far. I am not as restrictive as Dr. Now is, but I do weigh my food and stick to proteins, vegetables and low carbs. It’s hard, but once I got used to it…..I didn’t miss the bad stuff so much. Thanks for doing this video…..the peanut butter sneak was so funny! I felt your satisfaction through the screen!
