FFBE quest bug - 10 element chain

It takes two attempts to truly complete the 10 element chain and 30 normal chain enhancement quests. This demos the 10 element chain failure. You'll see that the blue announcement comes across the top of the screen, but when you visit the quest page, it is not marked complete.

It's probably similar to the Arena completion bug, since that also takes 11 completions when it should only take 10. Someone forgot they were using arrays.
