This interview alone shows JJ’s ability to not only build long lasting relationships but also bring out the human side of these players. It’s so much easier to ask the difficult questions when theirs mutual respect.

Thank you to all of you for shedding more light to this entire situation and bringing the attention that is DESERVED to the mental health discussion. You are truly changing things, it is incredible to see 🙏
  • Seeing Simmons side of the story clears a lot of things up Shout out to JJ for being a good teammate on and off the court
  • @molester3827
Nice to see JJ diversify and bring people outside of basketball
  • Ben saying "good days" or "good times" every-time they reminisce on a moment shows how much he misses being on the court, bro cool asf too

Love JJ , but this interview was a joke. To see he's gotten worse this year shows why we all view Ben as the most delusional athlete known to man.
  • @mc0356
Wish this man was as confident on the court as he is in interviews
  • @2legitkev
The fact that JJ even was able to get Ben on his podcast just proves how good JJ is at this

Jj Redick is ELITE. He got to the bottom of it without aggressively prying. Salute to good humans beings. Real is rare. Loved this episode jj.

Disappointing to see how much JJ is telling Simmons what he wants to hear instead of what he needs to hear tbh. The last thing Simmons needs is Yes Men.
  • @stkanye514
JJ is the GOAT for creating a safe space for players to come and really tell their story
  • Only JJ can bring the best of everyone huge shoutout to him for making Ben feel open and safe
  • Thank you JJ. I don't think Ben would have gave this interview to anybody else. You brought the best out in him you made him feel comfortable you were an ultimate professional. It's nice to see him with a little bit of confidence and smiling again I can't wait to see what kind of season he has

This interview hasn't aged well for Ben.
