I find it very interesting, and have been taught about it since my ECE training, but I have some practical questions, if someone could help: - how many children in a classroom? -how many adults in a classroom? -how does the first week go? how does the teacher introduce the routines/ how to behave? - how does the teacher deal with a child who doesn't want to engage with any activity or clean up? Thank you in advance!

I was made to polish silver as a child. Not for punishment, not harshly. It was just a chore I performed at home. I do not own silver as an adult and that's no non sequitur.
