Thank you so much bat Bros I have have watched all of your videos and I drove 4 hours to come watch your home run derby in Salem! Thank you for posting
  • @DuddyToh3
Absolutely love the fact you brought up the repaints. So many bat companies put new graphics or new paint on the same bat for 3 years and list new “tech” but you set them side by side and everything lines up perfectly. New bats are a scam unless they do what cat did with the 2 piece and the connect and composite.

We had the Combat -10 for 11U, it was an awesome bat. We got the Combat B2 ATB at 13U as a BP bat and we love it. I also got a Select Power to move to an alloy/end loaded for Winter Months. for Half the price, there's just not that big a difference between the Combat and any other bat out there.

My Son has been Swinging the Combat B2 for the last 2 years. Best all around bat that Nobody is swinging. BBCOR is sometimes a Popularity contest. Meta, DeMarini ect. But the Combat is right there. I purchased it right after the video with you & JT on that Huge field swinging the 32” version
  • @Tevatron044
I'm so glad you gave the Combat B2/Maxum/Maxum 360 some love because that's actually my favorite bbcor bat. It swings like a Voodoo one but it's more forgiving and just as hot. I have NO idea why it didn't become more popular. My lineup for budget bats if I were to pick would be the Easton/ Combat Maxum/B2 for light swinging, select 716 for midswingingl all-rounder (Stringking Metal 2 if you want a warranty), and stinger nuke for that endloaded BOMB dropper (it's also 150 bucks, y'all should've added it here)

TLDR: It's awesome that you don't edit out the times that you're wrong on the exit velo predictions. Digging the content as always, but I've gotta give you credit for one specific aspect that I truly appreciate about these videos. While you are often dead on calling out the exit velos before the reading is radioed in, you don't edit out the times when you're surprised by the reading. At the very least, it makes it feel real. Love that!
  • BRO I WAS LITERALLY LOOKING FOR A BAT UNDER $150 RN LIKE 2 SECONDS AGO
  • stringking metal is one of the best investments you can make, lasts a very long time, great in game and a great BP bat that has a ton of pop. overall a top 5 bat i’ve ever swung considering price and performance
  • @707ridah
That ball that went 453ft it went 3/4 up in the pole but was still traveling. It was that far
  • @dadbod4life
Santa is bringing my 9 year old a -10 DeMarini Zoa that I found on Ebay for $150. I felt it was cheap enough that I can be the warranty. I appreciate your content. Seeing every bat in use is amazing. My son used the Easton Quantum -11 in 8u last season.
  • @Touchmahtoaster
Bought the Combat B2 ATB a couple weeks before this and and it really is a great feeling bat
  • @aiden2474
I got a cat 6 bbcor for 30 bucks off Facebook to hit with during the cold months the thing is juiced good pop and sweet spot. pretty balanced and like 150 bucks max. Insane for price.

Just bought my son a Cat6 from Just Bats. He's playing varsity baseball. Was on the fence verse the B2 atb. I got the Cat6 because it was used($100 and it looks almost unused), I think the B2 would probably be the better bat though. Want a lighter swinging contact bat. He loves the Cat6 though, feels a 1000% better than the Easton Speed -3 he was using.
  • @Defenbach
First time seeing your channel, love it. You rake. Short stroke, lots of power. Would've loved this video 15 years ago when picking metal bats, will definitely check out the wood videos. Keep stroking.
  • @mightymouse2893
The boys and I love watching these videos, every hitter is different, and every at bat is different. That being said, last year, my 8 year old who turned 9 playing 10U, was swinging the String King all year. The older boys were busting his chops because his dad was cheap and wouldn't spend more money on his bat. Fast forward 19 games, in the championship game "C level" down by 1, bottom 6, runners on second and third one out, little man hits a two run double to right center. The boys went on to win by 3. Put a bat on the ball, when it counts, is what I try to teach the boys, String King could never make another bat ever, but will always be a legend for those boys.
  • @treydillard890
I’d love to see one of these bats get shaved or rolled and go against the more expensive bats! Wish I was kid watching your content cause I’m a PO now lol, keep it up!!
  • @colepark3r
That velo was my go-to in juco. Loved that thing
  • @19cohiba75
My nephew, who just turned 12 uses a Stringking USA 32” -11 and USSSA 32” -5 hit 2 grand slams with each !
