I receive scam phone calls every day. While my improv skills are weak, I try to waste their time anyway.

Here's a recording of a short scam call I found amusing. She was obviously reading a script, and my one question broke her.

    When they can't answer any of your simple questions and have to transfer you to another person to talk to, those are your signs that the call is a scam call.

    They get pd to pass the call. Same with calling, they want you to hang up, I refuse to and make them pay for it. They expect ppl to hang up πŸ˜‚

    Scamming is not for her if she hangs up with the minimal amount of pushback. A script can only do so much.
